Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RoleWeft, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms in India and use the service solely for lawful job-seeking activities.

RoleWeft provides AI-assisted resume tailoring: storing your base resume, analyzing target job descriptions, tailoring bullet points, reviewing changes side by side, and downloading clean PDFs.

You remain fully responsible for the honesty and accuracy of your resume. Please do not add experience, credentials, or past roles you do not actually possess, whether directly or through AI suggestions.

Accounts are authenticated through Clerk using Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn. You are responsible for maintaining your account security and for signing out on shared computers.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of abuse, security threats, unlawful behavior, or violations of these Terms.

When using RoleWeft, you agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or intentionally false materials.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting our service.
• Upload another person's resume without their clear permission.
• Use AI outputs to mislead employers.
• Bypass plan limits or security protections.

RoleWeft offers a Free tier and one-time credit packs (Starter, Plus, and Max). One credit covers one full AI action: a tailoring run, applying changes, or testing a custom prompt. Purchased credits and upload slots never expire and stack with any existing balance. Prices are shown in INR.

Paid packs are purchased in-app through Razorpay Checkout (using card or UPI). For details on refunds and unused credits, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You retain full ownership of your resumes, career materials, and job-application content. You grant Rohith Anumalasetty a limited license to store, process, analyze, and display that content solely to provide RoleWeft services to you.

RoleWeft, our user interface, prompts, software design, and documentation remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our service without permission.

Our AI features are designed to assist and support your job search. RoleWeft does not guarantee job interviews, hiring offers, automated screening approvals, or error-free outputs. We strongly recommend that you carefully review all suggested changes, skill scores, and final PDFs before applying to any job.

You can stop using RoleWeft at any time and permanently delete your account from Dashboard Settings by typing DELETE to confirm. Deletion permanently erases your resumes, tailoring sessions, skill analyses, generated files, and profile details immediately, and removes your login user.

Payment and technical usage logs are anonymized rather than deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy, to satisfy accounting and legal reporting requirements.

RoleWeft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that extent, Rohith Anumalasetty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or employment-outcome damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on AI output.
